If you are not happy with your Manja purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Manja offers a 14-day money back guarantee to make shopping as easy as possible. Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the account that payment was made from. Unfortunately, postage fees cannot be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition that they were received. Manja will not accept returns that have been worn. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach Manja. It is advised that any returns are sent via registered post, as Manja Jewellery Ltd cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure that the address is written clearly on the package and relevant paperwork. Returns should be sent to Manja Jewellery Ltd, 240 Green Street, London E7 8LE (UK). Confirmation of receipt will be sent by email.


Faulty Items

Faulty items will be accepted only if they have been delivered in a faulty state, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee.
